Notes & Queries
Congratulations to Ali (post 10 in Ellie’s FO thread) who is my winner of the CraftyMitAlong KAL. Your prize is in the post. Thank you to everyone who took part. It was my first KAL and I enjoyed it so much; I’ll be thinking of another one to bring you soon. If anyone has any clever ideas for a knitalong let me know.
Some more KAL news to bring you – I was contacted on Ravelry by Naomi (CosyCuteKnits on Ravelry) who gave me some information about the #warmfuzzieskal that she is hosting with Jen Sheelen. The idea behind the KAL is to knit/crochet/weave/spin something that gives you warm fuzzies/makes you happy.
The only rules of the KAL are:
- Must be a member of both the CosyCuteKnits Designs & Jenn Sheelen Ravelry groups.
- Must subscribe to the JennSheelen podcast on YouTube.
- Projects must start July 15th or later to qualify for prizes.
The chatter thread is in Naomi’s Ravelry group, and the FO thread in Jenn’s. They will be drawing prizes from both threads at the end of the KAL. I’m planning on joining in and hope you will too. Naomi also kindly offered a shawl pattern as a prize for my podcast so my thinking cap will be on to work out how to offer that to you. Thank you Naomi!
